Loews Atlanta Hotel is seeking a Sushi Cook III to join our culinary team in Midtown Atlanta. You will prepare sushi and sashimi, follow standardized recipes, and maintain rigorous safety and presentation standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of sushi prep experience in upscale settings, strong knowledge of sushi techniques, and a high school diploma (culinary certification preferred). This position supports a fast-paced, guest-focused culinary operation.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sushi preparation experience, preferably in upscale hotel or restaurant.
• Knowledge of sushi techniques and food safety standards.
• Experience with kitchen operations and maintaining cleanliness.
• High school diploma required; culinary certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi and sashimi according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure proper storage, rotation, and labeling of all ingredients.
• Complete daily prep tasks and organize ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the sushi station and equipment.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
• Adhere to food safety regulations at all times.
• Provide personable service to guests when applicable.
• Attend required hotel meetings and training sessions.
