Responsibilities

• Reports to work on time as indicated on the work schedule and maintains uniform.
• Preps all food according to company recipes, procedures, plate presentation, and quality standards.
• Ensures proper food safety techniques, including hygiene, hand washing, gloves, and knife skills.
• Knows emergency procedures for the restaurant.
• Maintains sanitation and cleanliness of prep areas, surfaces, and equipment.
• Adheres to safety guidelines and reports unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.
