Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and going the extra mile.
• Take customer orders at the counter and over the phone, assist with finding products and carrying items.
• Review daily orders and monitor product freshness and supply levels.
• Prepare, finish, and replenish product as needed from cooler or freezer.
• Follow sanitation procedures and keep work area clean and organized.
• Check in product, label and date items, remove trash promptly.
• Anticipate daily product needs and develop a production list.
• Order product and supplies as necessary.
• Work with teammates to ensure a smooth customer experience.
