Flagship Restaurant Group is seeking a Sushi Chef to join our team in Westlake, OH. The role emphasizes preparing sushi and related items with adherence to recipes and quality standards, while maintaining cleanliness and food safety throughout the shift.

Ideal candidates will have strong knife skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver a high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar culinary role is preferred, but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are important.
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and food safety standards accurately.

Responsabilités

• Prepare sushi and related menu items according to recipes, presentation standards and specifications.
• Follow allergy precaution procedures carefully, including preventing cross-contamination and handling guest allergy requests.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, labeled, rotated, handled safely, and prepared with attention to quality and detail.
