Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sushi Chef preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi and related items according to recipes.
• Follow allergy precaution procedures.
• Maintain freshness, labeling, storage, and proper handling.
• Assist with daily prep and inventory.
• Provide friendly, professional guest interaction in guest-facing areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of sushi bar, prep areas, and workstations.
