Hana Brands in Connecticut is seeking a Sushi Chef II to lead high-quality sushi preparation at our kiosk locations. You will be a master of knife skills, rice prep, and fish cutting, ensuring consistency and safety throughout service.

You will train and guide junior staff, manage waste and costs, and uphold our standards of freshness and customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires leadership and a commitment to excellence.

Competenze

• Two years' food handling experience with culinary degree or sushi-rolling background.
• Excellent knife skills for sashimi, nigiri, and veg prep.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Professional demeanor with customers and teamwork.
• Valid food handler's license and knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and uphold company standards.
