Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of culinary experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain local Food Handler permits.
• Passion for hospitality and world-class dining experiences.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prep ingredients per prep lists, par levels, and recipe standards.
• Cook and assemble sushi menu items to JOEY standards in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Maintain prep and cooking areas in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner.
• Stock, organize, and maintain line stations; complete side work and closing duties.
• Follow safety guidelines and report equipment issues to leadership.
• Adhere to food safety and handling procedures.
