Qualifications

• 1-3+ years culinary experience (potential considered).
• Must have or obtain local/state Food Handler permits.

Responsibilities

• Prep ingredients to meet prep lists and recipe standards.
• Learn about inventory management and derive food cost.

• Develop knife skills for efficiency and safety.
• Maintain clean, sanitary prep and cooking areas.
• Stock and organize line stations; close duties as required.
• Follow safety guidelines and report equipment issues promptly.
