Grand Hyatt Vail seeks a specialized sushi chef with luxury hotel experience to join our culinary team at Vail, Colorado. This role requires a minimum of five years in a hotel or large restaurant setting and preference for luxury-brand experience.

Skills and knowledge to include culinary education, cost control, communication skills, computer skills, organizational skills, guest contact experience and culinary teaching skills and knowledge. The salary range starts at $80,000-$90,000 for this position. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
