Job summary

Grand Hyatt Vail is seeking a culinary professional with strong line experience to join the kitchen team at our ski-in/ski-out resort in Vail, Colorado. The role emphasizes high-quality service, teamwork, and guest satisfaction in a luxury resort setting.

The position requires good communication and the ability to work across multiple kitchen stations. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred, with pay budgeted at $24.00 per hour and commensurate with experience.

This culinary position requires good communication skills as well as at least two years of previous line and fine dining experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling. The budgeted rate of pay for this position is $24.00. Actual rate of pay will commensurate based on experience.
