Responsibilities

• Prepare all types of sushi according to recipes and customer specifications
• Properly utilize, store, and label food items, and monitor stock
• Help develop new sushi menu items within guidelines
• Communicate effectively with service staff
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by a supervisor

Qualifications

• Prior experience with Japanese cuisine and sushi rolling techniques (If you lack experience but are motivated and teachable, we would still love to talk to see if you are a good fit for our team)
• A strong work ethic and commitment to uncompromising quality
