Responsibilities

• Prepare all types of sushi according to recipes and customer specifications.
• Properly utilize, store, and label food items, and monitor stock.
• Help develop new sushi menu items within guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with service staff.
• Any other related duties as assigned by a supervisor.
