Job summary

Baku is seeking a full-time Cook to join our kitchen team in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on high-quality food preparation, adherence to menus, and safe food handling.

You will coordinate with other departments, assist with purchasing and inventory, and ensure sanitation standards are met while adapting to new menu items and recipes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements.
• Food Service Sanitation Certificate preferred.
