Job summary

Baku in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time Sushi Roller to help prepare and present our menu offerings with consistency and care.

You will review menus, follow established procedures, coordinate food service with other departments, and assist with purchasing and inventory while maintaining strict sanitation standards. Knowledge of new menu items is a plus for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements.
• Food Service Sanitation Certificate preferred.
