The role requires at least three years in domestic violence advocacy, strong communication, and ability to coordinate across teams. Hybrid work with a salary range of $59,000–$66,000 and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Trauma-informed assessment and risk screening expertise.
• Strong crisis-management, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Minimum of three years direct-service experience in domestic violence advocacy or related field.
• Familiarity with Boston-area resources for survivors; ability to coordinate across programs.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred; Cape Verdean Creole, Portuguese, Haitian Creole a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries and coordinates referrals for services.
• Conducts trauma-informed screenings and needs assessments.
• Assesses urgency, safety, risk, and initial eligibility for services.
• Facilitates warm handoffs between survivors, Casa Myrna programs, SafeLink, and external providers.
• Maintains centralized tracking of referrals, outcomes, and follow-up status.
• Monitors referral status and ensures survivors receive timely next steps.
