Job summary

Nationwide-Children is seeking a Housing Coordinator to manage survivor-centered housing referrals, prioritization, and system navigation. You will collaborate with housing providers and community partners to expand safe housing opportunities and monitor outcomes across the coordinated entry landscape.

Education includes a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with at least three years in housing or victim services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Master’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• Three years of experience in housing services, victim advocacy, case management, or related fields.
• Experience with Coordinated Entry, HMIS, or housing prioritization systems preferred.
• Experience with grant-funded programs and performance reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate survivor-centered housing referrals and prioritization processes.
• Collaborate with housing providers and community partners to expand housing opportunities.
• Monitor outcomes and barriers; analyze data for reporting.
• Provide education to community partners on processes and practices.
• Support policy development and continuous improvement of services.
• Represent TCFSH in various initiatives.
