Job summary

SAVE in Fremont, California, is looking for an Employability Specialist to support survivors of intimate partner violence in achieving their employment goals. This role involves providing case management services, conducting assessments, and facilitating workshops.

The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to trauma-informed service delivery and previous experience in employment services. Bilingual skills are preferred, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing employment-related case management, career readiness, and employment retention services.
• At least two years' experience working with domestic violence survivors.
• Demonstrated understanding of a survivor-centered, trauma-informed approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive employment-focused case management services to survivors.
• Conduct individual sessions with survivors to develop employment plans.
• Assist survivors to identify and enroll in educational programs.
