Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a NG Fellow 1 to lead survivability manufacturing and technology integration for LO platforms. This 100% onsite role focuses on vision development, production readiness, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Ideal candidates bring deep expertise in survivability design, materials, RF/IR characteristics, and RCS data analysis, plus a record of mentoring engineers and leading reviews.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance required to apply.
• Extensive experience with Survivability inspection and repair techniques.
• Experience with design trade space for aircraft survivability from test through production.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple programs and participate in independent reviews.
• Develop and maintain NGAS Survivability Production vision.
• Mentor and develop engineers within the discipline.
• Advise management on technical research and long-range planning.
