Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a NG Fellow 1 in Propulsion for Survivability to lead complex survivability initiatives onsite.

The role requires deep knowledge of LO platform production, inspection, and technology integration across programs in several locations, including Redondo Beach and Palmdale. The candidate will mentor engineers, develop a production vision, and interact with government customers to shape future programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/PhD in a relevant STEM field with extensive survivability experience.
• Experience with inspection/repair techniques for LO platforms and tech transfer to Production.
• Strong understanding of survivability design, materials, tolerances and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead survivability vision and roadmap for Production.
• Participate in independent review teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Act as a technical thought leader across sectors and gov't customers.
• Engage with DoD survivability community to enable partnerships and future bids.
