Northrop Grumman is seeking a Propulsion for Survivability NG Fellow 1 to lead complex survivability manufacturing, technology integration, training, and inspection of LO platforms. The role requires hands-on leadership, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to mentor engineers across programs.

The position is 100% onsite at multiple locations including Redondo Beach, CA and Palmdale, CA, with a 9/80 schedule and Friday time off on alternating weeks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in a STEM field required with extensive related experience.
• Must have active U.S. Government Secret clearance to apply and start.
• Significant experience in Survivability inspection and repair techniques for LO platforms.

Responsabilités

• Support multiple programs and sector initiatives in leadership or advisory roles.
• Develop and maintain Survivability Production vision and roadmap for tech integration.
• Lead independent reviews and mentor the next generation of engineers in discipline.
• Advise management on technical research, applications and long-range planning.
• Collaborate with government customers and internal stakeholders on technical analyses.
