Pickering, Corts & Summerson, Inc. invites a motivated Surveyor to join our team. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering precise field surveys across boundary, topographic, and construction projects.

We value strong written and oral communication, adherence to schedules, and accuracy in legal descriptions. Proficiency with Civil 3D and MicroStation is preferred, with PennDOT standards knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be a Professional Land Surveyor licensed in PA.
• Capable of performing, reviewing and certifying Boundary, Topographic, Construction and As-Built surveys.
• Familiarity with PennDOT standards is desirable.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D and MicroStation is desirable.

Pickering, Corts & Summerson, Inc., an award winning, multi-disciplinary engineering firm has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our company as a Surveyor.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Planning and coordination of survey projects
• Conducting field surveys (boundary, topographic, and construction surveys)
• Prepare legal descriptions
• Adherence to project schedules and budgets
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Key qualifications to this position are:

• Must be a Professional Land Surveyor in PA
• Capable of performing, reviewing and certifying Boundary, Topographic, Construction and As-Built surveys
• Familiarity with conducting surveys using PennDOT standards is highly desirable
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, MicroStation is also desirable
• Proficient using Total Station, Robotics, GPS, RTK, and other survey equipment
• Experience performing hydrographic surveys is desirable
