Job Summary:
Boutique Engineering Firm within the Bucks County PA area is in search of a Professional Land Surveyor to join their growing team. We are seeking candidates that can hit the ground running with a proven land survey and project management background. The ideal candidate will be licensed within PA & NJ but will also consider out of state applicants that can obtain that license. Candidates must have 8+ years of residential and commercial field experience and are proficient with AutoCAD & Microstation software.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with managers and office staff on new and existing projects.
• Coordinate and manage field survey crews and in-office staff.
• Coordinate with clients, reviewing agencies and other designers for all facets of project surveying needs.
• Prepare Survey Proposals covering all survey needs.
• Coordinate and manage ALTA Surveys, Construction Stake-outs, Boundary/Topographical Surveys, Subdivision/Consolidation Plans and Easement/Legal Descriptions.

• Experience Level: Manager
• Minimum 8 years of experience
• Education: Bachelors
