Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Survey Technician.
• Experience producing survey maps and plats.
• Experience preparing legal descriptions.

Responsabilités

• Organizing survey research for deeds, plats, and easements.
• Reducing field observations.
• Preparing data for drafting.
• Preparing legal descriptions.
• Assisting the RPLS by preparing Survey Reports.
• Preparing COGO calculations.
• Assisting the RPLS with the Boundary Analysis.
• TxDOT production (Parcel Exhibits, ROW Maps).
