LJA Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Survey Technician to support boundary surveying, prepare metes and bounds descriptions, and produce mapping products.

You will gather data, stake projects, review computations, and prepare topographic maps, collaborating with clients and internal teams across multiple locations. This employee-owned company offers generous time off, benefits, and professional development.

Formación

• 7–10 years of survey experience.
• CADD experience is required; DOT experience is a plus.
• Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare metes and bounds descriptions for boundary surveying projects.
• Prepare topographic and contour maps of land surveyed; include site features and survey notes.
• Gather data for topographical maps and staking construction projects.
• Compare survey computations with standards to verify data adequacy.
• Carry out surveys using source maps, previous data, photographs and records.
