Halff is seeking a Survey Technician II to join our Fort Worth, TX office. The role demands 5+ years of survey technician experience and expertise in producing maps, plats, and legal descriptions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Survey Technician.
• Experience in producing survey maps and plats.
• Experience in preparing legal descriptions.
• TxDOT experience creating Parcel Exhibits and ROW maps.
• Experience with MicroStation V8i, Geopak, and Open Roads Design.

Responsibilities

• Organizing survey research for field to include deeds, plats, and easements.
• Reducing field observations.
• Preparing data for drafting.
• Preparing legal descriptions.
• Assisting the RPLS by preparing Survey Reports.
• Preparing COGO calculations.
• Assisting the RPLS with the Boundary Analysis.
• TxDOT production (Parcel Exhibits, ROW Maps).
