Halff is seeking a Survey Technician II to join our Fort Worth, TX office. The role demands 5+ years of survey technician experience and expertise in producing maps, plats, and legal descriptions.

The candidate will support the RPLS, prepare COGO calculations, and contribute to boundary analysis and TxDOT projects. We offer a path for career growth and potential ownership in the firm, with a strong benefits package and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Survey Technician.
• Experience in producing survey maps and plats.
• Experience in preparing legal descriptions.
• TxDOT experience creating Parcel Exhibits and ROW maps.
• Experience with MicroStation V8i, Geopak, and Open Roads Design.

Responsabilités

• Organizing survey research for field to include deeds, plats, and easements.
• Reducing field observations.
• Preparing data for drafting.
• Preparing legal descriptions.
• Assisting the RPLS by preparing Survey Reports.
• Preparing COGO calculations.
• Assisting the RPLS with the Boundary Analysis.
• TxDOT production (Parcel Exhibits, ROW Maps).
