Main Line Health HomeCare & Hospice is seeking a Survey Readiness Coordinator to manage auditing of clinical performance and quality reviews in preparation for Medicare, DOH, and Joint Commission surveys. The role emphasizes compliance with internal and external standards and requires two years Medicare-certified home care or hospice experience; an Associate Degree is required, Bachelor's preferred.

Tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 annually, up to 160 hours PTO per year, and free employee

Survey Readiness Coordinator

Shift:

Monday - Friday; Day Shift

Experience:

Two years Medicare-certified home care or hospice experience required

Education:

1. Associate Degree required.

2. Bachelors Degree preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

1. Registered Nurse (RN), Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), or Speech Language Pathology (SL) license

2. Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required

3. BLS Required Upon Hire
