Main Line Health, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Nurse for HomeCare and Hospice in Chester County (Paoli & Berwyn areas). Shift 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with weekend rotation; full-time position.

You will provide compassionate in-home care, coordinate with the IDG, and support patients and families facing life-limiting illness. Eligible for tuition reimbursement up to $6,000/year; PTO up to 200 hours; parking free. PA RN license required; BLS preferred; valid driver’s license and automobile insurance;

Competenze

• Two years of recent med-surg experience in an acute or long-term care setting, rehabilitation, home care, or hospice.
• Hospice nurse experience preferred.
• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• RN license to practice in Pennsylvania; multi-state license via compact preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Provider BLS (AHA/American Red Cross) preferred.
• Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing preferred.

Position:Registered Nurse RN – Hospice

Shift:8:30 am – 5:00 pm plus weekend rotation

++Experience:++

1. Two year(s) of recent med-surg experience in an acute or long term care setting, rehabilitation, home care, or hospice setting.
2. Hospice Nurse experience preferred.

++Education:++

1. Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
2. RN Diploma, ASN required; BSN preferred.

++Licensures/Certifications:++

1. Current license to practice nursing in Pennsylvania OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
2. Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
3. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
4. Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing preferred.
