Main Line Health, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide for the Home Care Network to provide in-home personal care and observation reporting under supervision of a nurse or therapist.

You will support patients to maintain independence and comfort, document care provided, and communicate observations to the care team. Requirements include one year of home health or hospice experience preferred, high school diploma preferred, and CNA/CHPNA and BLS are valued.

Home Sweet Home! Patients can receive excellent care in the comfort of their own home with a Home Health Aide. As a Home Health Aide, a member of the home care and Hospice teams, you will aide as a paraprofessional member of the home care and hospice teams who work under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist and perform various personal care services as necessary to meet the patient’s needs. Use your critical thinking skills in observing patients, reporting these observations, and documenting observations and care performed.

Position:

Home Health Aide - Home Care Network

Shift:

Full Time; Day Shift plus weekend/holiday rotation

Experience:

One (1) year experience in home health or hospice preferred.

Education:

High School Diploma preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

1. Valid Driver's License and automobile that is insured in accordance with organizational requirements and is in good order.
2. Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) required for employees hired after year 2010.
3. Certified Hospice and Palliative Nursing Assistant (CHPNA) preferred.
4. BLS Certification by American Heart Association preferred upon hire, required in timeframe specified in CPR (BLS)/ALS/PALS Policy
