Dynamic Survey, a division of Dynamic Engineering Consultants, seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead surveying projects across commercial and residential sectors in Florida. You will oversee field crews, coordinate boundary, ALTA, topographic and utility surveys, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while mentoring staff and maintaining client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong communication, proposal preparation, and collaboration with engineers, planners, and land development teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of survey/project management experience.
• Experience with robotic total stations, GPS, leveling and field procedures.
• Ability to manage field crews and projects to schedule and budget.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
