LJA Engineering in Florida is seeking a Sr Project Manager to oversee multiple survey teams within the Florida Survey Department. The role focuses on supervising operations, managing budgets, and driving client relations and business development.

With 15+ years in surveying and 10+ years in project management, you will lead project plans, coordinate staff, and guide proposals while leveraging AutoCAD and related software to deliver accurate, timely results for public works and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Professional licensed surveyor with active license.
• 15+ years in surveying industry.
• 10+ years in project management.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• Public Works and Commercial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Florida Survey department.
• Manage budget, client relations and business development.
• Supervise staff and coordinate project time/cost estimates.
• Develop project plans and objectives with PMs.
• Assist with proposals and respond to inquiries.
• Serve as liaison between client and project team.
