TGC Talent is recruiting an experienced Survey Project Manager to join a growing surveying team in Central Florida. This senior-level role focuses on leading projects, developing client relationships, and taking ownership of the commercial performance of the survey function, while guiding teams and coordinating both office and field staff.

Required: 10+ years in land surveying with leadership, strong knowledge across boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and related areas; proficiency in AutoCAD

Qualifications

• 10+ years of land surveying experience, with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction, and site development surveying.
• Experience coordinating office and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of land surveying projects from planning through completion.
• Lead projects involving boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS, site development, ROW mapping, construction layout, plats, and legal descriptions.
• Support public and private sector projects, including FDOT and public works where applicable.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Review survey calculations, drawings, legal descriptions, plats, and technical deliverables.
• Oversee survey methodologies, quality control, and compliance with Florida surveying requirements.
• Coordinate and collaborate with field crews, CAD technicians, project surveyors, engineers, and project managers.
• Mentor and develop junior surveying professionals and technical staff.
• Support team growth, onboarding, training, and delegation of project responsibilities.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships throughout Central Florida.
• Assist with proposal preparation, project scopes, business development, billing, and invoice review.
