Job summary

Bowman Consulting Group, Ltd. is seeking a Survey Project Manager to join our team in Stuart, FL.

You will lead surveying projects, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget completion while mentoring field crews and CAD staff. Responsibilities include developing proposals, budgets, and schedules, maintaining client relationships, and overseeing all surveying activities from field to final deliverables.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years land surveying experience including party chief level.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, roadway software, MicroStation and Carlson.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct survey project activities and staff.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and planning teams to meet project requirements.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and schedules; manage project costs.
• Oversee surveying and mapping activities and review changes that affect staffing or budgets.
• Provide field support to survey crews and CAD technicians as needed.
• Coordinate surveying and mapping services between Survey Party Chief and client.
