Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Survey Project Manager for private market and DOT/private projects in Indianapolis. Join our Survey/Geospatial team delivering data and mapping services to help data collection faster, safer, and more accurate.

The role leads client communication, proposals, and invoicing, oversees multiple crews, and drives new business development across our land surveying lines including 3D scanning, Lidar, rail surveying, GPS and conventional surveys.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in all areas of the job description.
• Must be able to generate revenue through existing client base and new business development.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.

Responsibilities

• Client Communication (internal and external).
• Project Proposal Preparation & Invoicing.
• Overseeing 2 or more Survey Crews.
• New Business Development combining existing clients with Colliers Engineering & Design’s diverse Land Survey & Measurement Service lines which include: 3D High Definition Laser Scanning, Mobile Lidar Mapping, Rail Surveying, GPS and Conventional Surveys.
