Stellar Talent LLC is seeking a Survey Project Manager to lead land surveying initiatives from initiation through completion. The role requires strong project management, technical expertise, and team leadership to deliver accurate surveys and timely reports.

The candidate will coordinate field crews and office teams, develop schedules, manage resources and budgets, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in land surveying and project management.
• Strong knowledge of boundary and topographic surveys.
• Experience with building/site surveying and existing-condition documentation.
• Proficiency with GPS, total stations, data collectors, CAD and GIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead land surveying projects from planning through final deliverables (What You’ll Do).
• Coordinate field crews and office survey teams.
• Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor budgets.
• Review project scope, survey data, maps, reports, and deliverables.
• Oversee boundary, topographic, and building surveys.
• Ensure projects meet quality, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Mentor and support survey staff.
