Job summary

Dynamic Survey, a division of Dynamic Engineering Consultants, is seeking a motivated Project Manager with field survey knowledge for commercial, residential, and private sector projects. Lead and mentor staff, manage field crews, and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Candidate must have 8+ years’ experience, proficiency with robotic total stations, GPS, leveling, and Civil 3D/Land Development Desktop, and must be organized with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum (8) years’ experience in surveying/related field.

Responsibilities

• Boundary, Title and ALTA Surveys
• Aerial and Topographic Surveys; Utility locations
• Construction Layout
• Right-of-Way Surveys
• Utility Surveys
• Wetland Location Surveys
• Prepare Proposals
• Client management and staff mentorship
• Manage field crews and survey technicians
• Deliver projects on-time within scope and budget
• Must have flexibility in daily schedule start times
• Ability to obtain OSHA 10 safety training
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Project
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Independent and critical thinking abilities
