Qualifications

Our client, a respected, forward-thinking firm specializing in land surveying and geospatial services in heavy construction, is seeking a Survey Project Manager (or strong Associate Project Manager ready for the next step) to join their growing team.

In this hybrid role, you’ll work 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, managing projects that demand precision, communication, and deep technical expertise. You’ll play a hands‑on role performing and reviewing heavy construction layout calculations, coordinating with field crews, and ensuring deliverables meet rigorous quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee surveying projects from start to finish, with a focus on heavy construction layout.
• Perform complex survey calculations and review work for accuracy.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to prepare and refine detailed drawings and surfaces.
