Job summary

Halff has an immediate opening for a Survey Project Manager who is a Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) for our Tavares, FL office. The role involves overseeing project finances, supporting proposals, and mentoring field crews to ensure high-quality deliverables across large land survey projects in Central Florida.

The position requires 3+ years of management experience, PSM in Florida preferred or licensure within a year, and strong skills in boundary/ROW resolution and proposal

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience.
• Florida PSM preferred or could become licensed in Florida within a year.
• Demonstrated expertise managing large-scale land survey projects, including overseeing field crews and multiple registered surveyors.
• Boundary and Right of Way resolution.
• Preparation of proposals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project's financial health, report issues, and develop solutions.
• Support business development efforts to guide and lead each phase of the process in preparation of proposals, emphasizing quality outcomes.
• Lead by example in a professional, productive work environment.
• Assist with the operational flow for a survey team to collaboratively prioritize projects of all sizes and complexities.
