LVI Associates in Florida is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead land surveying projects on high-profile initiatives. This role balances office leadership (50%) with hands-on field involvement, overseeing budgets, schedules, staff, and client relationships.

Active Florida PSM license is required. You will mentor junior staff, coordinate boundary/topographic/ALTA projects, and contribute to business development across the state, leveraging a national platform and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Active Florida PSM license required.
• Proven experience leading complex survey projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of surveying operations, field procedures, and deliverable production.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to build long-term relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead survey projects from proposal through final delivery.
• Manage budgets, schedules, staffing, and client relationships.
• Oversee field crews, office technicians, and project teams.
• Provide technical guidance and quality control on survey deliverables.
• Coordinate boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, utility, construction, and laser scanning projects.
• Mentor and develop junior survey staff.
• Support business development and help expand client relationships throughout Florida.
