LVI Associates in Florida is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead land surveying projects on high-profile initiatives. This role balances office leadership (50%) with hands-on field involvement, overseeing budgets, schedules, staff, and client relationships.

Active Florida PSM license is required. You will mentor junior staff, coordinate boundary/topographic/ALTA projects, and contribute to business development across the state, leveraging a national platform and comprehensive benefits.

Schedule: 50% Office | 50% Field

Are you a Florida Licensed Professional Surveyor & Mapper (PSM) looking to lead complex, high-profile projects while remaining connected to the field?

We're partnered with a nationally recognized surveying and geospatial consulting firm with more than 40 offices across the United States. Their Florida team is growing and seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee major surveying efforts on some of the most visible and impactful projects in the state.

This is an opportunity to join a firm with a diverse project portfolio spanning virtually every surveying market sector: including commercial, industrial, energy, mixed-use development, infrastructure, utility, construction, and large-scale land development projects.

What You'll Do

• Lead survey projects from proposal through final delivery
• Manage budgets, schedules, staffing, and client relationships
• Oversee field crews, office technicians, and project teams
• Provide technical guidance and quality control on survey deliverables
• Coordinate boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, utility, construction, and laser scanning projects
