Verdantas is a national consulting group seeking a talented Survey Project Manager to join our Wexford, PA office.

The Survey Project Manager will be responsible for understanding and communicating project scope, managing multiple projects and team members, training and mentoring staff, and delivering all land survey documents and reports in line with project requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare scopes of work, fee estimates, and manage projects.
2. Engage in direct client interaction.
3. Prepare survey legal descriptions and plats/exhibits for boundary surveys, subdivisions, or easements.
4. Perform computations for construction layout and subdivisions.
5. Calculate roadway right-of-way and property lines.
6. QA/QC of field data, import, analyze, and adjust survey field data.
7. Prepare for fieldwork, including equipment setup and site logistics.
8. Develop budgets and proposals for clients.
9. Communicate project budgets and schedules to ensure profitability and milestone achievement.
10. Research records, maps, deeds, and physical evidence to gather survey data.
11. Perform record research at courthouses as needed.
12. Conduct fieldwork as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• PA Survey Licensure (PA PLS) desired but not mandatory.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, Carlson, MicroStation, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with RTK GPS, total stations, laser scanners, and Trimble equipment.
