Emsi is seeking a Survey Project Manager for Alumni Surveys to collaborate with higher education clients. This role involves managing surveys, ensuring data accuracy, and providing strategic insights to enhance academic programs. The Education team at Lightcast is dedicated to helping institutions foster learner career success. Our products assist institutions in gathering alumni data, which, combined with labor market data, creates insights that drive new academic program development, attract and retain learners, and support their career and academic decisions. Our alumni survey products, NACM and Embark, are used by institutions to understand the "first destination" of recent graduates and their career outcomes and sentiments five and ten years after graduation.
As a Survey Project Manager for Alumni Surveys, you will work directly with higher education clients, managing alumni surveys from onboarding to data delivery. You’ll serve as a strategic partner sharing survey best practices, guiding institutions through data interpretation, and helping them plan actions. You will also manage project details such as tracking survey progress, maintaining schedules, addressing errors, and identifying opportunities for program improvement.
