*3 Years project management experience - Maintenance and Fleet

*Telecom construction PM or CM experience preferred

*This is a fully remote position

Responsibilities

The Project Manager assumes a leadership role and provides guidance to project staff in the development and analysis of complex schedules on large and design-build projects. Experienced and fully competent in the profession, this individual works independently, and acts as a resource for colleagues.

In addition, you will:

• Triage tickets and dispatch technicians.
• Assist during national disaster recovery.

• Process optimization and efficiency improvements based on data-driven decision making.

• Lead and promote the MasTec safety culture on site, ensure site safety standards are met or exceeded, and develop Site Safety Specific Procedures.

Additional preferred skills include proficiency in Smartsheet, creating and maintaining project schedules, working cooperatively with leadership on procurement and negotiations, managing change processes, leading project teams, and coordinating with Construction Managers.

Qualifications

About You:

• 3+ years of Project Management experience
• Strong Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables, REQUIRED
• Ticket triage and vendor dispatch or fleet experience
• Proven track record of high-quality work completion
• Hands-on problem-solving skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of construction project experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Intermediate schedule management experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read blueprints accurately
• Effective communication of progress, issues, and recommendations to leadership
• Ability to work remotely in a quiet, dedicated space with reliable internet
• Self-driven
• Availability to work some nights and weekends as needed
