Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Survey Project Manager to lead the management of multiple surveying projects, ensuring technical quality, profitability and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with the Survey Practice Leader, manage client communications, scope and fee negotiations, and supervise project staff while maintaining QA/QC and compliance with CADD standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field (AEC Industry) with minimum 2 years of related experience, or 6 years in equivalent professional experience.
• Participation in continuing education and professional development programs.
• Leadership abilities to inspire and motivate project teams.
• Organizational and time-management skills with prioritization ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with clients, team members and stakeholders.
• Technical knowledge in the specific field of the project.
• Knowledge of project management software and tools with ability to develop and maintain project plans and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects with scheduling, budgets and staff coordination.
• Serve as primary client contact for selected projects.
• Coordinate project kick-off and interim status meetings with the project team.
• Complete each project on time and on budget and monitor schedules and budgets.
• Lead formal project reviews and ensure QA/QC at appropriate stages.
• Determine contract amendments and seek client/supervisor approvals when scope/budget changes are needed.
