Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Survey Project Manager in Charlotte, NC. You will oversee highly complex survey projects, lead multiple project teams, and drive successful completion while maintaining client relationships and project budgets.

The role requires extensive surveying experience, leadership skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation, Geopak, and Trimble tools. A Bachelor's in an related field is required; Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years survey experience required, with at least 6 years' experience as lead project surveyor/project manager.
• Strong client relationship skills and staff management abilities.
• Proficiency in surveying software and design tools, and in preparing budgets and scopes of work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee highly complex projects or multi-project programs and guide project managers to cohesive outcomes.
• Lead client communications, marketing efforts, and staffing for survey teams.
• Prepare scope of services, budgets, and contracts for review and approval; manage schedules and budgets to deliver on time and within budget.
