KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Survey Project Manager in the United States to lead complex projects, manage budgets, schedules, and client communications.

You will coordinate project teams, ensure QA/QC, and maintain adherence to standards while pursuing growth and successful project outcomes.

Strong communication, leadership, and contract management skills are essential; a Bachelor's in an AEC field is required, with PMP/Training preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an AEC-related field and 2+ years of professional experience, or 6 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Solid problem-solving and negotiation skills for contracts and budgets.
• Knowledge of project management software and documentation.
• Understanding of accounting principles to manage budgets and resources.
• Leadership potential to inspire project teams.

Responsabilités

• Maintain superior relationships with clients.
• Lead project scheduling and budgeting activities.
• Conduct kick-off and status meetings with project teams.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
• Monitor schedules and budgets throughout the project life cycle.
• Coordinate QA/QC reviews at project milestones.
• Serve as primary client contact for selected projects.
• Identify contract amendments and obtain approvals as needed.
• Communicate performance issues to leadership for timely action.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and CADD specs.
