Job summary

KCI Technologies is seeking a Survey Project Manager to lead the successful management of survey projects, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget. You will coordinate client communications, budgets, and staffing, while upholding QA/QC standards across the project lifecycle.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in an AEC-related field with 2+ years of experience (or 6 years of equivalent) and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (AEC Industry) and a minimum of 2 years of related professional experience; or 6 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Leadership potential to inspire and motivate project teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned survey projects from scope to closeout within time and budget.
• Maintain superior client relationships and serve as primary client contact.
• Coordinate scheduling, budgets, and contracts; perform kick-off and status meetings.
• Ensure QA/QC at appropriate project stages and monitor adherence to standards.
• Identify budget or scope changes and obtain necessary approvals from client and supervisor.
