Job summary

This role requires a minimum 10 years of survey experience and strong leadership. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, Geopak, and MS Office is a plus, with a focus on client development and quality control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (AEC Industry) with minimum 6 years of related professional experience, or 10 years of equivalent experience.
• Experience should include a track record of expanding project management duties.
• Proven experience in project management roles, with focus on larger-scale projects or programs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools; knowledge of QA/QC and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project(s), including technical staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and communicate the Project Management Plan with objectives, scope, schedule, budget, and safety protocols.
• Maintain project schedules, identify delays, and implement cost-control measures.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure client satisfaction and delivery.
• Provide leadership across project reviews, QA/QC, and risk management.
• Coordinate staffing, marketing, and business development efforts for projects.
