Bowman is seeking a Lead Project Coordinator, Survey in San Antonio, TX. You will coordinate and lead daily workflows for Survey and Utility Locate teams, serving as the main liaison among field personnel, project managers, clients, and internal stakeholders to drive efficiency and on‑time delivery.

Responsibilities include guiding junior staff, reviewing work for accuracy, managing workload priorities, and improving processes while ensuring safety and quality across the team.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in business, geospatial sciences or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Eight or more (8+) years of related experience ideal in professional services.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, field crews, and resources preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead coordination and management of survey and utility locate project workflows from initiation to completion.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality objectives; keep stakeholders informed.
• Serve as primary liaison between field crews, project managers, clients, and internal teams.
