Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Survey Project Manager to join the Texas team remotely. You will lead survey projects, coordinate field crews, and manage budgets while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes quality, timely delivery, and collaboration with engineering and planning teams. Ideal candidates have 7+ years of land surveying, party chief experience, and strong proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred, or commensurate relevant experience.
• Professional Land Surveying registration preferred.
• Seven or more years of land surveying experience including party chief level.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and field crews to ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Meet with clients, prepare proposals, and establish budgets and schedules.
• Oversee surveying and survey mapping activities and review contract changes.
• Provide day-to-day assistance to survey crews and CAD technicians in the field.
• Define scope of multiple complex projects and monitor progress toward deliverables.
• Compile project status reports, calculations, and essential surveying records.
