Qualifications

• Registered Professional Land Surveyor (or ability to obtain within one year) preferred.
• Must be SIT or CST IV.
• 2-year degree in Surveying or Engineering or 4-year degree in Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project management and direction for surveys.
• Supervise conventional, GPS, and Laser Scanning surveys.
• Develop scope of work and communicate with field teams and CAD staff.
• Ensure bids and estimates align with profit and growth objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive schedules and cost estimates for proposals.
• Generate new business leads and strengthen client relationships.
